Reporting to the Director, Project Services, this role sits within ACEN's Construction and Engineering team and owns integrated project scheduling across the full project lifecycle -from development and planning through construction, commissioning and operations.
What you'll be doing
Developing, maintaining and updating integrated construction schedules across all project phases, partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep them realistic and aligned
Reviewing and evaluating contractor construction programmes for alignment with project requirements, contractual obligations and industry best practice, and feeding back recommendations to support delivery
Assessing schedule-related claims, extension of time requests and delay analyses, partnering with commercial and legal teams to ensure claims are properly supported by project records
Identifying scheduling risks and opportunities early, monitoring critical path activities, and supporting scenario modelling to inform project decisions
Providing clear, timely schedule reporting and dashboards (Power BI) to project teams and leaders, and facilitating planning workshops and schedule reviews
Driving continuous improvement of scheduling processes, tools and standards across the business

You'll partner closely with internal project teams, contractors, delivery partners and external stakeholders across the project lifecycle.
What you'll bring
Demonstrated experience in project scheduling, planning and project controls within a renewable energy construction environment - solar, wind or BESS
Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, with experience building and maintaining integrated schedules across the full project lifecycle
Sound understanding of project controls principles - critical path methodology, earned value management, progress measurement and delay analysis
Experience reviewing contractor programmes, including baseline schedules, look-ahead programmes and EOT claims
Knowledge of Australian construction contracts, delivery models and the regulatory framework
A Bachelor of Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or equivalent relevant experience
