Job Description
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Building Surveyor to join the Melbourne team.
This role is open to both registered and non-registered surveyors, provided you have commercial project experience.
You will work across a range of Class 2 to Class 9 projects, including commercial, retail, industrial, and government developments.
The role will involve:
Conducting inspections, assessments, and certifications
Reviewing plans and documentation for compliance
Working across both office-based and on-site projects
Managing your own workload with support from an experienced team
Providing practical, compliant solutions across complex developments

ABOUT YOU
Experience working on commercial projects (essential)
Registered Building Surveyor (VIC) OR working towards registration
Strong understanding of the NCC and relevant legislation
Ability to interpret plans and technical documentation
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
Relevant qualifications in Building Surveying or Construction
