We specialise in Education, Aged Care & Retirement Living, Social and Government Housing, Government, Industrial, Corporate and Residential projects up to $20m.

As part of this growth, we're building out our Newcastle team and are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join us.
This is a genuine opportunity to help establish RCG's presence in the region, running sites for a growing pipeline of projects across the Hunter region and beyond, with the full backing of our established Sydney business.
About the Role
The Site Manager will run the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on program and to a high standard of quality.
You'll be the key on-site point of contact for the project team, subcontractors and clients as we grow our Newcastle presence.
Responsibilities
Ensuring the project program is always on track
Coordinating workflow and look-ahead planning
Reading plans and setting out when required
Supervising and advising staff and contractors




Ensuring health and safety regulations are up to code
Ensuring materials and machinery are delivered on time
Handling subcontractors
Liaising with clients and the Project Manager to ensure communication is sound
A 6-day working week where required
What We're Looking For
Minimum 10 years' experience as a Site Manager on multi-disciplinary construction projects
Experience delivering both current build and refurbishment projects valued between $2m and $20m
Experience across Education, Government, Commercial, Industrial, Aged Care/Retirement Living and Residential sectors
A trade background
A strong track record in the NSW construction market
High-level verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Procore and Hammertech experience preferred
Committed, experienced and passionate about delivering great outcomes
