We’re looking for an experienced Full-Stack Engineer to join a high-performing team building contemporary, scalable products that make a real impact.

Base pay range

A$115,000.00/yr - A$130,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Designing and delivering full-stack web applications that are secure, performant and built for scale.
Building clean, intuitive frontend experiences using contemporary frameworks like React, Angular or Vue.
Developing backend services and APIs using Python (Django/FastAPI) or comparable frameworks.
Designing, maintaining, and optimising relational database structures (primarily PostgreSQL).
Using AI development tools to accelerate coding, documentation, testing, and workflow efficiency.

What You’ll Bring




7+ years of commercial engineering experience building production‑grade software.
Practical experience using AI coding tools (Copilot, OpenAI assistants, etc.)
Experience on the Backend using Python
Solid understanding of RESTful API design and database management with PostgreSQL.
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes or similar containerisation tools.

Melbourne-based role | Hybrid | 3 days per week in the office.

$116,000 – $130,000 + Super
