We are now seeking an experienced Customer Service Engineer to be based in Perth. This is a fantastic chance to join a market-leading company in a key customer-facing position that is growing.

n

Based in Western Australia, you will be a member of 17 Engineers nationally responsible maintenance of XRF, XRD and SPE instruments across Australasia.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
Installation, commissioning and calibration
n
Preventative maintenance work on instruments
n
Responding to breakdown calls as required
n
On call and weekend work may apply. This role involves extensive travel, at least 80% of your time both within Perth, remote mine sites and interstate, is the norm of this role. Occasional overseas travel may also be required.

Job Requirements

n

n
5+ years of field service experience
n
Advanced Diploma or above in Electronics, valuable electro-mechanical skills
n




West Australian serviceman's radiation safety license would be an advantage
n
The ability to travel at short notice
n
Passionate about customer service
n
X-ray fluorescence, X-ray diffraction or neutron analysis experience would be an advantage
n
