We are seeking an experienced Parts Coordinator and Stock Controller to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently purchase catering, laundry, and refrigeration parts to maximize profit while meeting team supply needs.
Source parts from non manufacturer suppliers trough the other channels available, Locally & offshore.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with both existing and new suppliers to ensure proactive purchasing strategies.
Manage inventory within the Simpro system to ensure accurate stock levels.




Oversee vehicle stock requirements for engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.
Build and maintain trustful relationships with clients and key stakeholders within hospitality businesses.
Support the service delivery team by providing daily phone backup and assistance with inquiries.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in purchasing and stock control, ideally within the food service industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Knowledge of Simpro software is advantageous.
