Principal Consultant at Scotford Fennessy
Responsibilities
Design Delivery and Project Management of Urban Development projects
Responsibility for civil works specifications, engineering reports and tenders
Undertaking regular interface and liaison with key clients and stakeholders, interface with all parties, manage approvals, site inspections, manage delivery of design
Projects – residential subdivisions, commercial and industrial developments, public domain and infrastructure
Understanding of related safety in design practices and processes
Projects - urban development, subdivisions and public infrastructure
Roads, drainage, water, sewer, pavement, utilities and bulk earthworks




Positive understanding of Service Authority design approval and construction standards

Qualifications
Seeking *****+years' experience in a civil engineering consultancy, Chartered Engineer preferred.
Technical project delivery and project management experience.
