About the role
As a Billing Officer, you will play a crucial role for our clients Finance team, focusing on e-billing, billing, client reporting, and administration.
This is a full-time permanent position based in their Sydney CBD Office with hybrid flexibility available.
The responsibilities
Manage all aspects of invoicing, including write-offs, cancellations, and dispute resolution.
Time-entry reviewing
Monitoring quality and authorisation compliance of bills as presentedfor posting
Assist Partners and Practice Administrators with billing queries and requests.
Collaborate with team members to address e-billing issues and find resolutions.
The successful applicant will have
Previous experience within a similar Billing role, ideally with e-billing
Experience with
Effective time management & organisational skills
Excellentverbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to handle high volume transactions with accuracy and diligence.
Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a team environment
