Nido Early School Lakelands East seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our stunning, well-established, 92 place service with 6 rooms and 3 outdoor play areas.
The Reggio Emilia inspired play spaces across one level, setting children's imagination alight through engagement and discovery's lives every day while nurturing your own growth and leadership journey.
About the Service
Caters for children from 6 weeks to 5 years old across 5 rooms and 3 beautiful outdoor play areas, a beautiful sensory room!
Outstanding long standing Area Manager to guide you through your career
5 minute drive from the freeway for easy commute to work
Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.
Opening hours - 6:30am-630pm - Monday-Friday

About You
Hold a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA Approved)
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar leadership position
A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
Police Check
Geecko training must be complete before you start at Nido
In depth understanding of the EYLF and NQS to ensure quality outcomes for the children
Provide guidance, leadership, mentorship, and support to a diverse team of educators, culinary professionals, trainees, and students.
You have a vision to support local families and their children by mentoring and leading your team to exceptional heights
Have strong communication skills written and verbal
