Job Description

BlueSteps Connect seeks a senior commercial leader to take full P&L; accountability for a $175M+ business in Australia. You will report to the Managing Director and shape priorities with the leadership team, driving performance across channels.

You will manage and coach 10+ staff across grocery, pharmacy and DTC, owning ranging strategy, trade ROI and customer relationships. Solid CPG background and pharmacy channel expertise are essential.
