Job Description

Shadbolt Group is seeking a proactive HSE Coordinator to join our FIFO NSW operations on a 2:1 roster. You will provide technical expertise and advisory support to ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental standards while promoting a zero-harm culture.

You will support supervisors, workforce, and subcontractors in office. Based in NSW, you will deliver toolbox talks, risk assessments, and incident investigations to drive safety improvements in a agile construction workplace.
