ICU Registrar (Unaccredited) – 2h from Sydney

I'm currently scheduling interviews for an ICU Registrar (Unaccredited) position at a regional hospital just 2h drive from Sydney.
This is an excellent prospect for doctors looking to build strong Critical Care experience in a supportive environment while living in one of the most beautiful regions in NSW.
Role Structure – Critical Care Rotation
ICU – 6 months
Anaesthetics – 3 months
Emergency – 3 months
You will gain exposure to a wide range of procedures and clinical scenarios including:
Advanced life support & resuscitation
Arterial / central venous access
Thoracotomy & emergency procedures
Critical care patient management
Multidisciplinary ICU care
Hospital Services
Hospital is the main acute care hospital for the region,



employing over 1,000 staff and providing:
Emergency, medical, surgical & orthopaedic services
ICU with high dependency and coronary care
Children's Ward and Maternity Unit
Regional Cancer Care Centre
Sub-acute Mental Health Unit
The hospital is currently undergoing a $500 million redevelopment, expanding services and facilities.
It's the perfect location for doctors wanting excellent clinical exposure without big-city stress.
Requirements
MBBS or equivalent
AHPRA registration
Minimum 3 years experience as a Medical Officer
