MacKellar Group is seeking an experienced PCR Lead to own the Planned Component Replacement (PCR) program at the Carmichael Mine.
This site-based leadership role will coordinate planning, labour, stores and maintenance to deliver protected, on-time component changes.
You will work with the Maintenance Manager and senior site leadership, leading a team to ensure alignment with schedules and safety standards in a large-scale mining environment.
