Technical Service Advisor for Australia (m/f/x)

Our subsidiary BAUER Equipment Australia represents BAUER, RTG, MAT and KLEMM in Australia & Current Zealand. As the company grows our team continues to grow along with it. This has presented the opportunity for an experienced Technical Service Advisor to join our team on a local contract in Australia.

First contact and phone support for customersdirectly and Bauer Equipment Australia technicians to assist with technicalquestions for fault finding, repairs,rigging / de-rigging and maintenance of the full range of BAUER equipment to help customers on site and our own technicians in our workshop facility in Sydney
n
Liaise directly with our customers service staffto rectify faults over the telephone and provide written guidance on process for repair via email
n
Liaise and log with the BAUER MaschinenAfter-Sales Team in Germany to provide feedback from jobsites and to help rectify faults
n
Various other tasks related to repairs, maintenance and spare parts requirements for BAUER equipment
n




Compliance and execution of BAUER standards in the field ofHealth, Safety & Environment (HSE)
n
Minimum 5 years of Bauer rig experience essential; MC / RTG / MAT / KLEMM experience is also helpful
n
Possess a thorough high-level understanding of modern mobile Hydraulics and Electrics / Electronics (in particular Bauer BG rigs)
n
Fluent verbal and written English language skills
n
Have excellent communication skills and acustomer focused attitude
n
Have the right to work in Australia or meet the requirements to do so
n
Prepared to relocate on a local contract to Australia with a view to permanent residency if desired
n
Hold a full driving license recognizable in Australia
n
Have a versatile approach to the workingday, a willingness to work out of hours and occasionally (approx. 10%) travel around Australia & Current Zealand asrequired

Support with Visa and residency applications
n
Relocation support (for individuals, subject to conditions)
