Resolve Performance is a premium 1-on-1 personal training studio specialising in body composition, strength and long-term lifestyle transformation for busy professionals, business owners and high performers.

We're not a commercial gym, and we don't run group classes or quick-fix challenges. Every client receives individual coaching, structured programming and genuine accountability in a private, professional environment.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and qualified Personal Trainer who wants to build a long-term career, develop their coaching skills and become part of a high-performing team.

What You'll Do

Deliver exceptional 1-on-1 personal training sessions.

Conduct movement assessments and client onboarding.
n
Design and deliver structured training programs.
n
Provide general nutrition and lifestyle guidance aligned with client goals.
n
Track and measure client progress through assessments, body composition, performance metrics and weekly check-ins.
n
Hold clients accountable through honest,



supportive and direct coaching.

Build strong long-term client relationships.
n
Participate in ongoing mentoring, education and coaching development.
