Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be a key member of the Maintenance & Reliability team, ensuring plant reliability and production efficiency on a rotating day/night roster (7‐day fortnight).
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Conduct machinery inspections, adjustments and repairs.
n
Troubleshoot process and equipment failures to determine root causes.
n
Drive preventative and ongoing maintenance programs.
n
Support Engineering & Production teams in continuous improvements.
n
Monitor equipment performance and recommend process enhancements.
n
Supervise TA's and contract staff, ensuring compliance with standards.
n
Manufacture, repair and fault‐find hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Trade Certificate (Mechanical Fitter) – Essential.
n
Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics – Highly regarded.
n
Exposure to FMCG, food processing or red meat industry – Preferred.
n
Experience with vacuum packaging equipment – Advantageous.
n
Strong knowledge of OHS compliance and confined space requirements.
n
Ability to fabricate & weld – Advantageous.
