About the Opportunity
This role sits at the intersection of accounting, advisory and business strategy.
You'll work directly with SME clients, helping them understand their numbers, identify opportunities and make better commercial decisions.
The business is Xero‐native and actively embracing AI, automation and technology to improve how advisory services are delivered.

Your Responsibilities
Manage and develop SME client relationships
Provide practical commercial advice based on financial insights
Prepare and interpret reporting and business information
Review accounting and compliance work to ensure quality
Identify opportunities to add value for clients
Support improved systems, processes and advisory offerings
About You:
Experience in public practice, business services, accounting advisory or similar
Strong Xero capability
Confidence communicating directly with clients
A commercial mindset and interest in solving business problems
Curiosity around AI, automation and technology
The ability to thrive in a fast‐moving, direct environment
CA/CPA qualifications are welcome but not essential.
Practical capability, communication and commercial thinking matter most.
