We're seeking a Digitisation Assistant to join our team on a casual basis, working day shift, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.What's a Digitisation Assistant?
Digitisation Assistants are integral to TIMG's success in being able to deliver agreed project objectives to our customers.
Based inWelshpool, our team are part of a national Digitisation who work together on shared projects and initiatives as well as autonomously on local and state-wide clients.You will:Ensure correct use of TIMG internal systems are always maintained in accordance with instructionsPrepare documents for scanningUse Microsoft Office to enter dataPick and pack as required related to digitisation tasksPerform high speed scanning of recordsManage post-processing of scanned imagesPerform quality assuranceAbout youWhile previous experience would be a plus, it's ultimately your attitude that's most important to us.
