We are a small independently owned wholesale food manufacturing business looking for someone to fill a hands-on role to lead daily production. Our products are hand made from scratch in small batches. We are customer driven and team focused, valuing consistency, craftsmanship and food safety.
Key responsibilities
Select and weigh ingredients (we do not use pre-mixes)
Ensure consistency in products
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness
Operate commercial equipment
Follow standardised recipes
Contribute recent ideas for products on special occasions throughout the year
About you
Cert III in Baking required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial setting is essential
Confident with operating commercial equipment
Australian work authorisation is required for this position
