Your new role Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes across skilled, technical and operational positions while providing broader HR support.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions
n
Partnering with hiring managers on workforce planning and recruitment strategies
n
Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
n
Coordinating interviews, reference checks and pre-employment screening
n
Preparing employment offers and managing candidate communications
n
Building and maintaining talent pipelines for future workforce needs
n
Facilitating onboarding and induction activities
n
Maintaining HR records and employee data
n
Supporting employee lifecycle activities, including promotions, transfers and offboarding
n
Assisting with HR systems,
reporting and process improvement initiatives
n
Providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
n
Supporting training administration and employee engagement activities
n
n
What you'll need to succeed
n
n
Previous experience in corporate recruitment, talent acquisition or human resources
n
Proven capability managing end-to-end recruitment processes
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
Experience using ATS and HRIS platforms
n
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
n
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline (preferred)
n
Exposure to broader HR generalist functions will be highly regarded
n
