Accounts payable and receivable oversight

Bank reconciliations
n
Supplier payment processing
n
Assisting with month-end reporting
n
Maintaining financial accuracy within ERP systems
n
Supporting finance administration and process improvements
n

Reporting & Analysis

n

n
Monthly P&L; reporting and analysis
n
Sales reporting and performance tracking
n
Supplier performance reporting
n
Customer profitability and margin analysis
n
Freight and logistics cost reporting
n
Inventory and stock analysis
n
Gap reporting and range performance analysis
n
Identifying trends, prospects and operational inefficiencies
n
Building and maintaining reporting tools and dashboards
n

Projects & Systems

n

n
Supporting process improvement initiatives

Enhancing reporting capability and business visibility

Assisting with systems and operational improvement projects

The Successful Applicant

n

A successful Junior Finance & Commercial Analyst should have:

n

n
A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
n
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
Proficiency in financial modelling and Excel.
n
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
n
A proactive and results‐driven approach to work.
n
Previous experience within a logistics, distribution or FMCG environment.
n
Effective communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
n
