We are currently seeking experienced Process Workers to join our team at LLS AUS GROUP in Bibra Lake on a temporary basis. As a Process Worker, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient and timely production of our products.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Operate and monitor production machinery according to standard operating procedures
n
Perform quality checks and inspections on products to ensure they meet company standards
n
Package and label finished products accurately and efficiently
n
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company policies and procedures
n
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
n
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediately
n
Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth production processes
n
Meet production targets and deadlines as set by management
n
Follow all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to attendance, punctuality, and code of conduct
n

Requirements
n
n
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
n
Ability to operate and monitor production machinery
n
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks and inspections
n
Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
n
Valuable communication and teamwork skills
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet production targets
n
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
n
Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed
n
