Hickory is seeking a Precast Manager to lead a current precast facility, ensuring protected, effective and cost-effective manufacture of precast elements for project delivery. You will supervise production, quality, workforce management, logistics and plant operations, aligning output with project programmes and construction standards.
Work closely with project teams, engineers and site personnel to drive productivity, continuous improvement and operational performance.
