Brookfield Properties is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our Perth Operations team on a full‐time, permanent basis.
You will provide property management and administration support across multiple office buildings, reporting to the Precinct Manager.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in commercial/retail PM administration, experience with MRI/Coupa/Sugar, and solid communication and organisational skills to help maintain budgets, invoices and tenant relations.
