Job Description
Accor is seeking a Guest Services Agent to join our team in Melbourne.
The role can be filled Part‐Time or Full‐Time, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences through proactive service, smooth check-in/out, and effective communication.
You will upsell hotel promotions and manage guest relations, while handling administrative tasks for effective operations.
A rotating roster and outstanding interpersonal skills are essential.
