We're looking for reliable and hardworking Production Staff to join our client's growing team in Devon Meadows. Successful applicants may be placed within either our Nursery Production or Despatch (Pick & Pack) team depending on business needs and your suitability.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

Depending on your assigned team, your duties may include:

n

n
Transplanting, potting and staking plants
n
Picking and packing plant orders
n
Moving plants and nursery stock around site
n
Driving electric buggies towing small trailers (full training provided - no licence required)
n
Working accurately from picking lists and production schedules
n
Maintaining quality standards and attention to detail
n
Working closely with supervisors and the production team
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
Available Monday to Friday
n
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
n




Able to work in a quick-paced workplace
n
Valuable English reading and communication skills
n
High attention to detail
n
Reliable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
Own reliable transport and driver's licence (no public transport available)
n
Horticulture or warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential
n

Working Hours

Depending on the team you join:

Nursery Production

n

Monday to Friday
n
8:00am - 4:00pm
n

n

Despatch

n

n
Rotating roster between 6:30am and 7:00pm (Monday to Friday)
n
Availability to work every second Sunday during September and October (8:00am - 2:00pm)
n
Overtime available during peak periods
n

n
