Strive Community Care, based in Ipswich, is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a cluster of OOHC services in South-West and South-East Queensland. The role focuses on trauma-informed, therapeutic care for children and young people in statutory care, with supervision of Therapeutic Care Managers and collaboration with key stakeholders.

You will ensure compliance with OOHC requirements, support case planning, and contribute to service quality and continuous improvement.
