Green's Diesel Service is a locally owned and operated business based in Cloncurry, Queensland.
We specialise in maintenance, repairs, and rebuilds of heavy earthmoving and mining equipment, ranging from field service work to major component rebuilds and full equipment demobilisation and mobilisation projects.

About the Role
This position involves ongoing work on various mine sites within North West Queensland, along with workshop-based work in Cloncurry.
You will work on both surface and underground mining equipment, performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs across a wide range of heavy machinery.
Work Options Available
FIFO from Brisbane, Townsville or Cairns
DIDO from Mount Isa or surrounds (accommodation provided)
Residential Cloncurry (locals encouraged to apply)
Multiple roster options may be available including:

7/7
2/1 or 2/2 rotating day/night shifts
Key Responsibilities




Diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on heavy mobile plant and mining equipment
Preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs
Fault finding across mechanical and hydraulic systems
Assisting with equipment demobilisation and mobilisation projects across mine sites
Maintaining service records and job documentation
Working safely in accordance with site and company procedures
Performing work both on-site and within the workshop when required
Ability to pass a mine site medical including drug and alcohol screening
Ability to work rotating rosters and shift work
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Ability to work independently and within a team
Strong time management and organisational skills
Experience with Caterpillar, Sandvik and/or Hitachi equipment
Mining or heavy earthmoving maintenance experience
Exposure to hydraulic hose manufacture and hydraulic systems
OTR tyre fitting experience
