The Opportunity:

We're searching for a passionate, hands‐on Centre Director to lead our Hurstville team with heart and purpose (95 places). Lead and inspire your team of educators to deliver outstanding care and education.

Build a positive, inclusive, and supportive culture that puts people first.

Engage families and the community, fostering robust, lasting relationships.

Drive quality and compliance across every aspect of the centre's operations.
n
Oversee budgeting and resources, ensuring smooth and efficient management.
n
Create and implement programs that celebrate each child's unique strengths and potential.

What We're Looking For:

n

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
n
Minimum 3 years' experience in a Centre Director or similar leadership role.
n
Current Working with Children Check, First Aid & CPR certification, and National Police Check (within 6 months).
n
Strong understanding of NQF, EYLF, and compliance standards.
n
A natural people leader, confident, compassionate, and committed to growth.
