We're looking for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant who enjoys building relationships, developing business, and making a genuine impact within the healthcare sector.

What You’ll Be Doing
Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare clients
Identifying and engaging top healthcare talent
Conducting candidate interviews and assessments
Managing job briefs and recruitment campaigns
Negotiating placements and delivering exceptional service
Growing your own desk and client portfolio
