CSR Limited is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Somersby manufacturing facility.
You will lead Team Leaders and production staff across a 24/7 operation, driving safety, performance, quality and continuous improvement on the shop floor.
You will coach teams, solve problems, and deliver results in a hands-on leadership role.
The position requires flexibility to work across rotating shifts and support weekend shutdowns when required.
