Job Description
Queensland Government seeks a Mental Health Adviser (Counsellor) to join a multidisciplinary team in a correctional centre.
You will screen for mental health, disability and suicide risk, complete referrals, and support offenders with welfare needs while coordinating with internal and external partners.
You will deliver targeted interventions, provide case management, and uphold high standards of records management using IOMS.
