Senior Systems Integration and Automation Engineer
We are hiring an Senior Systems Integration and Automation Engineer (Simpro + Xero + SharePoint) + AI to design and deliver company-wide AI and automation solutions that eliminate manual work, reduce cycle times, and improve quality.
This is a hands-on role that blends systems integration, workflow automation, and practical AI (LLM enabled) delivery.
A core part of the role is on site implementation.
You will travel to our workshop facilities & mine sites to understand real workflows, deploy systems in-field, and ensure adoption by operators and site teams.
This is not a desk-only role.
We want someone who can build, implement, and embed solutions where the work happens.
What you will deliver (outcomes)
Deploy AI-enabled workflows across key functions (sales, operations, finance, customer support).
Integrate systems end-to-end so data moves cleanly across our stack with strong governance.
Build measurable automations with transparent KPI tracking: hours saved, cycle time reduced, accuracy improved.
Establish reliable standards for security, access controls, documentation, and monitoring
