We're partnering with a leading Australian organisation looking to bring on a Project Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract, delivering a portfolio of technology projects within an established Agile PMO.
A role bridging delivery teams and enterprise governance, making sure outcomes land on time, on budget and aligned to what the business actually needs.
The Opportunity
Plan and deliver multiple concurrent technology projects using Agile delivery principles aligned to PMO standards
Bridge agile delivery teams and enterprise oversight, keeping outcomes tied to business value and governance requirements
Manage cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration between business and technical stakeholders
Track progress against KPIs, milestones and deliverables, reporting to leadership and stepping in when delivery drifts
Identify resource requirements and dependencies, and resolve constraints across competing priorities
Own project budgets from cost estimation through to tracking and reporting
Identify and mitigate delivery risks while maintaining compliance with internal standards and policy
Act as the point of contact for project escalations across executives, business leaders, IT teams and external vendors
Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practice across the PMO

What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years delivering projects, including at least 3 in Agile environments
Track record managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
Agile certification such as AgilePM, SAFe or PRINCE2 Agile
Strong across project tooling including Jira, Confluence, MS Project and Azure DevOps
Career background in technology roles, with working knowledge across infrastructure, networks, cloud and cyber security
Expert test and QA discipline, owning test strategy, planning, execution and defect management
Experience with organisational change management
Strong facilitation, negotiation and stakeholder communication
Experience in regulated environments such as financial services, banking, legal, healthcare or government highly regarded
Working knowledge of LLMs, GenAI and agentic AI an advantage
