The platform supports the full rental lifecycle, from CRM and quoting through to contracts, transport, inspections, returns, work orders, and invoicing.

About the Role
As a Principal Implementation Consultant, you will be the most senior implementation specialist at Latner Software.
This role is both hands‐on and strategic: leading the most complex customer implementations, defining how implementations are delivered across the business, and acting as a key advisor to customers, leadership, and internal teams.
You will play a critical role in scaling Latner's delivery capability as the company grows.
What You'll Do
Own and lead Latner's most complex, high‐value, and strategic ERP implementations
Act as the senior escalation point for implementation challenges across the customer base
Partner with customers' executive and operational leadership as a trusted advisor
Design and standardise implementation frameworks, methodologies, and best practices
Define and oversee data migration strategies, including complex conversions and cutover planning
Drive solution design for non‐standard or enterprise customer requirements
Influence product roadmap decisions based on implementation and customer insights
Mentor and coach Implementation Consultants
Support pre‐sales activities by advising on scope, timelines, risks, and implementation approach




Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handover and long‐term customer outcomes
Continuously improve delivery efficiency, quality, and scalability across the implementation function
What we are looking for
8+ years of experience delivering ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software implementations
Extensive experience leading complex, & multi‐stakeholder implementations
Deep expertise in data migration, system integrations, and enterprise data models
Strong ability to translate complex business operations into scalable system design
Exceptional customer‐facing consulting skills, including executive‐level communication
Proven ability to operate autonomously with high ownership and accountability
Experience defining delivery standards, frameworks, or playbooks at scale
Strong commercial awareness, including scope control and risk management
Comfortable balancing hands‐on delivery with strategic leadership responsibilities
Nice to Have
Deep experience in equipment rental, construction, field service, or asset‐intensive industries
Prior experience with rental management systems such as Baseplan, Point of Rental, InspHire, Texada, or MCS
Experience in a scaling SaaS environment or high‐growth technology company
Exposure to pre‐sales, enterprise sales cycles, or customer success leadership
