Process Worker – Woodside, Adelaide Hills

We're seeking a reliable and motivated Process Worker to join our Production & Operations team at Melba's Chocolates in Woodside, Adelaide Hills.

n

This is a hands‐on role supporting the manufacture and packing of our chocolates and confectionery, with a strong focus on maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic workplace.

n

Can you?

Demonstrate strong attention to detail, follow procedures carefully, and work efficiently in a fast‐paced production workplace while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

n

Do you have?

n

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience in food production or manufacturing will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

n

Production and packing of chocolates and confectionery
n




Cleaning and maintaining equipment, machinery, and production areas
n
Adhering to food safety and workplace health & safety requirements
n
Assisting with stock handling and general production support tasks
n
Supporting visitor‐facing operations by maintaining a clean and organised production environment
n
Assisting with seasonal demands and operational requirements as needed
n

This is a varied and active role requiring reliability, adaptability, initiative, and a robust commitment to safety, hygiene, and quality.

This position will commence as a casual role during an initial probationary period, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent full time position for the right candidate.

n

The role is based at our Woodside facility in the Adelaide Hills.
