I am interested in speaking with Electrical Supervisors who would be intersted in running a brand-current luxury apartment development in Southport. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with an established contractor who are busy across the Gold Coast.

We're looking for a hands-on Supervisor with proven apartment construction experience who is confident managing large site teams and driving programme outcomes on rapid-paced builds.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and coordinating crews of 15+ electricians and subcontractors
n
Working closely with the builder and other trades to keep works moving
n




Driving programme and ensuring works are delivered on schedule
n
Monitoring safety, quality and overall site presentation
n
Coordinating materials, labour and site activities
n
Managing site issues and keeping communication flowing across the project
n

About you:

n

n
Current Electrical Licence is essential
n
Previous experience supervising electrical works on high rise construction projects
n
Proven ability managing crews of 15+ personnel in office
n
Robust understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination
n
Ability to work collaboratively with builders and other trades
n
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
