We are recruiting Food & Beverage Supervisors for the RAC Ningaloo Reef Resort, commencing in March 2026 with an expected start date of May 2026.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
Supervise and train F&B; attendants, ensuring service standards are met.
n
Provide professional, efficient, and tailored service to all guests.
n
Take reservations, greet, and seat guests with warmth and professionalism.
n
Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails and coffee.
n
Assist with rostering, section allocation, and staff training.
n
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints proactively.
n
Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, WHS, and harm minimisation policies.
n
Support daily operations including cashiering, stock control, and closing duties.
n

Qualifications

n

n
Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, or resorts, with supervisory experience.
n




Solid customer service skills with the ability to create memorable experiences.
n
Barista and cocktail‐making skills essential.
n
Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
n
RSA and Approved Manager's Licence required.
n
Flexibility to work across a 7‐day roster including weekends and public holidays.
n
