We're growing across Sydney and looking for Trade Sales Specialists to join our stores in Alexandria, Roselands Commercial, and Dulwich Hill - plus other locations across the Sydney patch.

What You'll Bring

Essential:
Experience in sales, retail, or trade (any level considered)
A confident,



target-driven approach with the ability to work towards and achieve sales goals
Comfortable working with tools and power tools, with a strong focus on safety standards
Solid computer skills and confidence using sales/POS software
Availability to work one weekend day per week
Highly Desirable:
Previous team leadership or management experience within a sales or retail environment
Existing trade or power tool product knowledge
A genuine passion for helping tradies and DIY customers find the right solution
What You'll Be Doing
Processing over-the-counter and phone sales transactions
Providing accurate advice on products, features, and services to customers
Handling customer queries and complaints, and confidently offering solutions
Contributing to merchandising and store presentation/displays
Participating in ongoing training to build your product and sales expertise
