About the Role

You'll work closely with internal teams to identify root causes, ensure timely remediation, and support continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen member experience and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate operational incidents and service issues
Conduct root cause analysis and document findings
Coordinate remediation actions with internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate incident records and reporting
Identify trends, risks and opportunities for process improvement
Support compliance obligations and internal audit requirements
