Job Description

Columbia Aged Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Willowood Facility in Willoughby area. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents and support the care team with compassion and qualified leadership.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, maintain Care Plans, and participate in family meetings and care planning, while upholding AHPRA standards and quality care to ensure residents' dignity and comfort.
