Fund reporting, trade execution and reconciliation of fund and client positions (numeracy and working with excel is a key requirement)

Payment Entry

Compliance monitoring
n
Manage relationships with counter-parties (Registry, Custody and Administrators)
n
General Administration and business operational matters
n
Perform other duties from time to time
n

Qualifications:
n
n
Bachelors degree in finance or business-related courses
n
Background and working knowledge in Fund Accounting, preferably with Australia-based companies
n
Preferably with at least 2-year experience as fund accountant from custody/fund manager.
n
Smart, numerate, self-motivated, and eager to build relationships with all 3rd party providers to the business and colleagues
n
Mandarin speaking and writing skills are not required but would be looked upon favourably along with previous experience within the fund management industry, specifically working in unit registry
n
Excellent communication skills - can articulate his/her skills, background with ease.
