We're now hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our Docklands team, stepping into a warm desk with active roles, repeat clients and a strong candidate network.

What you'll be doing

n

Managing a busy Trades & Labour desk across construction and civil
n
Filling high-volume roles with speed and quality
n
Building and maintaining solid client relationships
n
Sourcing, screening and placing blue-collar candidates
n
Managing site requirements, compliance and ongoing workforce needs
n
Growing your desk through consistent delivery and business development
n

About you

Experience in recruitment (Trades & Labour / industrial highly regarded) OR a strong background in sales
n
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace
n
Driven by results, activity and earning potential
n
Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly
n
Organised, resilient and able to manage multiple priorities
n
Team player with a strong work ethic
