We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our passionate team by driving engagement and building a high‐performing team culture within our Bondi concept store. Deliver an elevated customer experience by demonstrating a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge and building long‐lasting relationships.

Engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring, and collaboration.

Work with state leadership to build an effective and profitable store.

Motivate the team to meet sales targets and key business performance indicators.

Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back‐of‐house administration.

The ideal candidate

n

n
2+ years' experience managing a rapid‐paced, high‐volume fashion retail store.
n
Experience in managing a medium to large team in a fast‐paced store.
n
A strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
n
Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages, shrinkage KPIs, and stay in line with budgets.
n
An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
n
Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
n
A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values.
n
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
