We're looking for a Claims Coordinator to join our team in Dandenong and deliver exceptional service while managing a portfolio of restoration claims.

About the Role
n
Reporting to the Claims Team Leader, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of restoration claims, ensuring timely resolutions, strong stakeholder communication, and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage a portfolio of restoration claims from lodgement through to completion.
n
Review claim instructions and determine the appropriate course of action.
n
Liaise with clients, customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure claims progress efficiently.
n
Provide regular updates and support to stakeholders throughout the claims process.
n
Monitor claim costs and manage invoices accurately and on time.
n
Maintain accurate records, reports, and claim notes.
n
Resolve issues promptly and escalat where required.
n
Ensure compliance with client SLAs, KPIs, and company procedures.
n

About You
n
n
Previous experience managing your own claims portfolio (Highly regarded).
n
Understanding of Insurance Contracts Act and FSRA legislation (Highly regarded).
n
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
n
