We're looking for a confident, organised Warehouse Admin to join our team in an ongoing long-term career position.
This is a diverse role that covers receiving and tracking incoming goods, following overdue orders, slow moving and obsolete stock including cycle counts.
About You
Previous customer service or office administration experience
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Professional and confident when dealing with customers and colleagues
Robust organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
Proficient with Outlook, Word and Excel
Positive, reliable team player who uses initiative

Working Hours : Monday–Friday 8:30am–4:30pm
This is a wide-ranging role that covers receiving and tracking incoming goods, following overdue orders,
slow moving and obsolete stock including cycle counts.
About You
Previous customer service or office administration experience
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Skilled and confident when dealing with customers and colleagues
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
Proficient with Outlook, Word and Excel
Positive, reliable team player who uses initiative
Accurate typing/data entry skills (50+ WPM preferred)
No formal qualifications required – experience is what counts.
Desirable NOT essential :
Experience in the building industry
Experience in warehousing, logistics and inventory control.
Forklift licence
