About the role
The position requires system-level development across communications, radar, and space technologies, with a strong emphasis on creative thinking to design functional, efficient, and novel solutions to complex engineering problems.
This role is well suited to a senior RF Engineer with 10+ years' experience.
The work is predominantly technical and requires a solid understanding of application design, hardware interfaces (such as Ethernet), and the implementation of digital signal processing algorithms.

Lead, design, and implement RF PCB solutions
Simulate RF systems
Test and review RF, analogue, and digital PCBs
Collaborate effectively within a team environment
Apply Agile engineering best practices

Essential Criteria
Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience
Proven industry experience in RF design
Experience testing RF and analogue systems
Strong PCB design and simulation experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Communication systems exposure
Radar systems experience
Embedded software development experience
