Our clients are based in Northern Beaches (Manly).
They are a young and progressive financial services firm that service a wide range of SME clients across varying industries.
They provide a full- service offering including Accounting and Taxation and Financial Planning.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced accounting professional to join our firm as an Associate Director with potential for future equity buy-in.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who is eager to drive growth, manage client relationships, and contribute to the firm's strategic direction.
You will manage a portfolio ($800K +) with direct reports.
This opportunity is ideal for a Senior Manager or Partner seeking to advance within a technology-driven firm renowned for its efficient processes.
Key responsibilities:
Lead client engagements in accounting and tax advisory services.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth.
Mentor and develop staff,



promoting high-performance standards.
Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives.
Uphold and promote the firm's professional standards and ethics.
Qualifications:
8+ years experience in public practice
CA/CPA designation with substantial public practice experience.
Must have experience managing a team
Open to Managers and Senior Managers looking to take their next step
Accounting software: Xero, FYI Docs, BGL360
Excellent technical accounting and tax knowledge.
MUST have interpersonal, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
