About the position
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Personal Injury Lawyer ready to take the next step in their career.
You will manage a diverse portfolio of personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, public liability, workplace injuries, and TPD claims.
Working alongside experienced litigators, you will enjoy a high level of autonomy while being supported by a collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities




Handle a full caseload of PI matters from intake to settlement or trial
Conduct legal research, prepare court documents, and negotiate settlements
Represent clients in mediations and hearings
Provide compassionate and strategic legal advice to clients
Work closely with paralegals and admin support to ensure streamlined case management
Key Requirements
At least 2 years' post-admission experience in personal injury law (private practice)
Experience with plaintiff-side litigation highly desirable
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously and manage deadlines
A genuine passion for social justice and client advocacy
