Job Description

The Accounts Administrator will be responsible for:

n

n
Preparing and issuing accurate invoices and cost estimates
n
Validating pricing, quantities and data prior to invoicing
n
Processing sales orders and updating internal systems
n
Performing regular reconciliations and data checks
n
Investigating and resolving invoicing discrepancies
n
Maintaining high accuracy across large data sets and spreadsheets
n




Using Excel to interrogate and validate financial and operational data
n
Responding to customer queries related to invoices and charges
n
Liaising with internal teams to confirm information and resolve issues
n
Supporting reporting, compliance and audit requirements
n

The Successful Applicant

n

The successful Accounts Administrator will have:

n

n
Proven experience in accounts administration and invoicing
n
Experience in high‐volume or complex invoicing environments
n

n

$38-$43 per hour + super, depending on experience
n
Temporary role with genuine permanent potential

Full‐time hours, Monday to Friday

On‐site role in Eagle Farm
